BRAD GOODE is a trumpeter and multi-instrumentalist who, at 13, learned many of the solos of Louis Armstrong. Brad has been featured with the bands of Eddie Harris, Ira Sullivan, Von Freeman, Curtis Fuller, Jack DeJohnette and Red Rodney. He led his own combo from 1986 until 1998, appearing at major festivals and night clubs around the world. Brad is currently living in Colorado where he is an Associate Professor of Jazz Studies at the University of Colorado. He continues to perform throughout the country and has recorded for the Delmark, Sunlight, and SteepleChase labels. Joining him are Kelly Sill on bass and Joel Spencer on drums.
