And this year’s lineup packs quite the punch of Windy City performers–featuring acclaimed teenage saxophonist Irvin Pierce, twentysomethings like organist Ben Paterson and musician Sarah Young, and veterans like the Don Byron New Gospel Quintet and the Chicago Afro-Latin Jazz Ensemble, who close out the festival on Sunday night at the Wagner Stage by the University of Chicago, on the Midway Plaisance.
